Can I buy in Dubai as a non-resident?
Yes, fully. Freehold zones let foreigners acquire full ownership without prior residency. We handle the entire process remotely.
Do I need a company to invest?
Not necessarily. Buying in your own name is possible. A structure (company, freezone) may be relevant depending on your taxation and strategy — we advise case by case.
What is the minimum budget to start?
We support from ~700,000 AED (off-plan studios in JVC or emerging districts). For optimised rental, a comfortable entry ticket is around 1.2M AED.
How does financing work?
Local banks finance non-residents up to ~50% of value. For off-plan, developers offer staged payment plans until handover. We make the introductions.
Do you manage the rental after purchase?
Yes — that is our Management & resale package. Letting, tenant selection, rent collection, maintenance and monthly reporting. You receive your rent without a thought.
What are the acquisition costs on top of the purchase price?
Budget 4% DLD (Dubai Land Department) fees plus around 2% agency commission — 6% in total. No annual property tax, no tax on rental income. Entry costs more than in Europe, but holding costs are far lower.
