Terms and Conditions
Version effective 1 January 2025
1. Subject and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all contractual relationships between MY DUBAI and its professional clients for business travel, company formation and real estate advisory services in Dubai. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms. Acceptance of a quote issued by MY DUBAI constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Professional clients (B2B)
MY DUBAI's services are exclusively intended for professional clients (legal entities or individuals acting in the course of their professional activity). Consumer withdrawal right provisions do not apply to the professional relationship between MY DUBAI and its clients.
3. Services
Services are defined in a detailed quote accepted by the client prior to any commitment. MY DUBAI reserves the right to decline any assignment incompatible with its values or capacities. Any change to the agreed scope during the assignment requires a written amendment signed by both parties.
4. Pricing and payment
Fees are expressed in euros (EUR) and detailed in the quote. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the quote, with the balance due on delivery of the service. Any accepted quote is firm and final. Quotes are valid for 30 days from their issue date. In case of late payment, late payment penalties at the applicable statutory rate increased by 10 points will apply automatically without prior notice, along with a flat-rate recovery indemnity of €40 pursuant to Article D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code.
5. Cancellation
Any cancellation by the client after signing the quote results in forfeiture of the deposit paid as a lump-sum indemnity. If work already carried out represents a value exceeding the deposit, MY DUBAI reserves the right to invoice hours worked at the contractual hourly rate. MY DUBAI may cancel an assignment in the event of force majeure or proven technical impossibility, with a full refund of amounts paid.
6. Liability
MY DUBAI acts as an intermediary and advisor. Its liability is limited to the amount of fees received for the relevant service. MY DUBAI cannot be held liable for administrative, regulatory or banking decisions made by UAE authorities or banking institutions, nor for consequences related to legislative changes in the UAE. MY DUBAI cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, loss of business or loss of profit.
7. Confidentiality
Each party undertakes to treat all information exchanged in the course of the assignment as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party. This obligation continues for 3 years after the end of the assignment.
8. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced by MY DUBAI in the course of an assignment become the client's property upon receipt of full payment. MY DUBAI retains the right to mention the assignment in its commercial references, unless the client explicitly objects.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution before taking legal action. If no amicable settlement is reached within 30 days, any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Paris.
